you ddno thave too... but benching players that arent playing today will get you more points. Keep in mind that it's still maxed at 82 games/postion

 

You don't have to, per se, but you should get players off the bench who are playing.

 

but again remember that you only have 82 games/position. So if you have someone like Kovalev that is playing everygame dont bench him. bench the players that dont start every game like goalies

i don't understand what tark is trying to say about how the number of games affects who you bench.

 

on each position... (for example goalie) they will only count 82 first game. once the 82 the additionnal game points wont count.

For example Price as a goalie. If he starts every habs game he will play 82 games right? but if you keep replacing him when the habs arent playing with a playing goalie you'll end up with more then 82 games.
