I'm starting to rethink about mirage after looking at your posting on TFW.

:dunno:

every KO isn't exact. It's not meant as a bash. The G1 Prime is actually more inaccurate than this.

this was made for educational purposes after the Prime fiasco on eBay about 2 weeks ago.
http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/showthread.php?t=145624

There was a seller passing off KO'ed Primes as being MISB originals during the peak of the movie hype. he was clearing $300 per KO'ed figure ... and he did this over 20 times.

What you buy is basically an unauthorized reissue. There's no way you should ever pass it off as being real.

Differences aside, I still like this figure. It'll make one hell of a display with the upcoming Wheeljack and Sunstreaker releases.

Great work on comparing the G1 vs KO. With you permission, can I post those comparison pictures on my website *****? I think it's worthwhile to educate all collectors and keep the crooks away from these.

With your consent, I would like to set up a website detailing all the differences of all the KO transformers made. This would be a permanent reference page for everyone. People need to know what they are buying. Afterall, these toys are made to make the fans happy, not the crooks who rips off people on Ebay for a quick buck.

Like you and most fans out there, I endorse these custom toys, but totally against using these toys as deception to rip people off.

Let me know soon. Thanks.
