Thanks to Andrew's TRU UM find, I now have the complete set. JDM, Blue, Yellow, and TRU!

I also thought this was cool:

On TFW, the topic of "KO's" came up. Someone asked about Mirage.

The thread spun into a "KO's are terrible for the scene" type of debate.

I get my 2 cents in, saying basically that "KO's are items that Takara would have done 100X over if they could." 2 members keep defending their stance stating that "if you buy a KO, you're participating in illegal activity"

I bring up the beloved "reprolabels.com". These guys make reproduction G1 sticker sheets. They're supporters of TFW and fan favorites. Their products contain autobot and decepticon symbols ... both registered trademarks to Hasbro. They retail and profit from using another companies trademarks without consent.

Nobody could even say anything that defended their point of view and protect Reprolabels.

Long story short, "fandom" is filled with nutjobs.

I'm guessing if you put a post-it with your seller's name over the barrel, you should be able to get away with it.

I have no idea what's going on with that CS-1 reissue. If Prime is done, I'm screwed. I'm sitting on 3 of those things.

Prices on eBay are falling off quickly too. I don't know if Sunday is just slow or what, but it's a pretty steep falloff.

on a movie related note, i picked up blackout yesterday at target to open. pretty neato figure and now gives ironhide something to beat on. :uhhok:
I got 1. My brother got 1. They had several around their office (attached to the showroom). I'm guessing those were eBay fodder.

too many people complained.

Speculators @ TFW, Seibertron, TFans, etc all ordered it based off of listed box dimensions. I think it had a generic listing of 24 by 24 by 24 @ 5 lbs. People ordered it thinking it was an MP Magnus, with a wrong product image.

$90, product listing's dimensions != CS-1.

On top of it, Wal-Mart's shipping calculator charged based on the 24³ size.

When the package arrived ...
1. It was a hefty amount over MSRP. I have a feeling we'll be seeing these @ TRU (B&M) for $40 in the fall.
2. Shipping was overcharged.
