$99 for a pre-order on a TF movie toy?
They got to be nuts. When the movie is released, these toys will be everywhere.

consider it "Masterpiece" Movie Bumblebee.
I don't know if this adds value for anyone, but when you flip a switch, his door wings flap, arms move, and Devo's "Whip It" is played.
Anyhoo ... (hope you can see the pics)

it's a bit pricey, that's for sure.
I was hoping that clear meant completely clear ... I don't like:
- the blue hands, joints, and misc detailing.
- the red tail lights and orange turn signals.
it's distracting from the clear / ghosting effect.

Is it just me or are the Classics figures disappearing from stores? (not that there were a lot of figures to begin with)

the restocking on those have stopped at most locations. You'll start seeing Movie preview figures fill their pegs and the all out movie assault is on June 2nd.

Put it this way: At least you've got a good base for a re-paint on the clear body without having to worry about color bleed-thru.
