First, decide where you are going to get the clutch replaced. I strongly recommend you take it to a dealer/mechanic with a lot of NSX experience.

The best place to buy it is usually from the dealer/mechanic who is installing it. That way, the complete repair will be warrantied. If you purchase the clutch elsewhere, and there are any problems, the dealer/mechanic can blame the parts, and you could be stuck paying for additional repairs. (Also, many dealers/mechanics refuse to install parts purchased elsewhere.)
