Yes, it's been spotty since it came back up again - up for a while, down for a while. They've outgrown their capacity. Once it moves to a new server - time/date not yet specified - it should fix the problem...

Based on a message when you try to access the forums, it looks like NSXprime is moving to a new server RIGHT NOW, and the move should be completed by some time tomorrow morning.
