That front end is an aftermarket body kit. Probably an AutoExe kit, judging by the license plate.

I plan on buying a current model Protege5 for my next car, but if this car makes it to the States I'll have to reconsider.



it has the best proportions of any wagon IMO....the "TSX" wagon is pretty cool too, especially if it was to come to the states, but it's ass is too long.

I think the wagon version of the 6 has got to be one of the worst kept secrets in the auto world. Almost every magazine has predicted its coming and Mazda would be foolish to not bring it over, especially in light of the success of the P5. This would definately help for Mazda's global revival.

Those are only on the Japanese or European versions, their sedans have those too. We get the quasi-altezza things with the red lenses.
