i'm surprised i didn't get banned for bitching about the TOV logo being misplaced on some of the autoshow images.
where was the chat about the TSX which you thought might have gotten you banned?

The TSX thread was somewhere in the TSX forum...I agreed with some guy who was pissed because of the worthless bickering on the TSX having a V6 or not and other stuff.

I remember writing them a letter in about how they had some false information concerning the CR-V (this was 97 maybe?), and they changed their article with no acknowledgement or even a thank you email.

The individual using the screen name of 02RSX was banned, after extensive deliberation, by the editors of TOV.
The editors originally chose not to make public the reasons for this in order to avoid public embarrasment of this person. Suffice it to say that a disingenuous pattern of behavior by said individual was observed, reaching an apex with an unjustified, unsolicited, vituperative, profanity filled hate mail to one of the editors of this forum - and that description doesn't even begin to plumb the depths of the issue.
There were a variety of other behaviors exhibited, but the email, in and of itself is sufficient for removal. He is fortunate he has not been reported to his email administrator for use of the service for harrassment.
For those worrying about being banned, don't. TOV has now banned a total of 3 individuals out of over 21,000 members. One was reinstated after an apology to TOV. Those causing trouble are usually given many, many warnings before any action is taken, although there is no policy requiring those warnings.
Should anyone have any questions about policy, regulations, etc., you may post them here, or directly email them to me, as I will see them sooner or later anyways.
