After further inspection it seems like most of the options are about the same price, so across the board the G35 runs about five to six grand more than the TSX when comparably equipped.

Now the quesiton worth asking is this: does rwd, 60 more hp and summer tires justify the extra cash? To me...yes, it does.
I would say yes to that question too. RWD, 60 more HP and 94 more ft-lb of tq is well worth the extra $5k. Then if you consider the larger interior and reclining rear seat, I don't think it's much of a choice for me.

Although I will say, I like the S2000 more than the 350Z despite its lack of power. But yeah, the TSX is not the S2000.

Yep, exactly, the S2000 is 400lb lighter than the 350Z. So it's hard to compare. The weight difference in the TSX and the G35 is only about 100lb.

I'll take the G35 coupe over the S2000 or the 350Z though.

Not bad. I'm loving the new paint schemes, hopefully they will all carry over to Canada without Honda leaving out white! Too bad the white car doesn't come with black leather.

If I can get this car for around 44-45k CDN before taxes then i'm going to seriously consider trading in my 02' AV6 unless a Type-R influenced TSX is on the horizon....*cough cough Honda*

I hope Honda brings us a Type-R version instead of a Type-S. 20+ hp for a Euro-R please! I'd rather see recaro seats instead of leather and more performance in a light-weight car than luxury but I guess that isn't happening since it is an Acura.....but one can pray.

I expected the TSX to wiegh less. I think if wieghed around 3000lbs it would be a lot more attractive to me.

From what I've read, it's extremely nimble on its feet...I don't think numbers tell the whole story with this car.

It's apparently very stiff, almost enthusiast stiff, from what I understand

That undercuts the BMW 325i, which offers significantly less in the option department, as well as gusto under the hood.
