BMW 2002
Chevy Corvette
Dodge Caravan/Plymouth Voyager
Ford F-Series pickup
Ford Taurus
Ford Mustang
Jeep Cherokee
Toyota RAV4
Volkswagen Rabbit/GTI
Volkswagen Beetle

Keep in mind this is an influential list. I don't understand how the BMW 2002 is influential. :dunno:

how the hell did the rental fleet taurus make that list

especially over the PINTO!...people will remember that car long after the taurus if put to pasture

It also sold in record numbers, revolutionized that segment, and turned FORD which was losing billions, profitable.

It may be crap but it was revolutionary

Toyota RAV4? That's a stretch. So they put the RAV4 on, but not the Bronco, the Explorer, the Wagoneer or some other pioneer SUV? :down:

RAV-4 initiated the car-base SUVs.

Civic was the first gasoline automobile engine to meet emissions stanards w/o a cat, and has been influential ever since.

Accord and Camry have dominated the mos popular car segemt for the past 15 years, and each generation of each car has made all the other carmakers rethink the midsize sedan.
