well the exige is out

the exige does 160mph with the stock jdm type-r gearing.

 

Why is the Exige out? Just because it can hit a higher top speed than 130 is not a problem...that's just the goal. I don't think the straight where they do the top speed run is that long.

 

Yeah I think Prototype is going to call C&D and see if they can participate.

It's stupid not to! it would be great exposure to them in the US.

 

Correct. There is a standing start quarter mile run, brake into the road course, exit the road course,negotiate a chicane, then run to the predetermined speed(130 in this case) and brake from that speed as quickly as possible. There is usually also a side contest for stock versions of a fewof the cars entered in the contest.

And unlike V-8's and V-10's, these cars are much easier to obtain, much more common, and harder to tune and therefore make much better competition. I love it!!!! C&D rocks :thumbup:
