Actually, it does look bad. It's like a lot of Nissan styling cues from the Altima, Murano and 350Z were thrown together, and they didnt come out good at all.

 

I would def take a 4dr accord over that

 

I can kind of see the appeal of the back end...it's a new and funky design, I don't find it all that bad. But the front end is just HORRIBLE looking.

 

My local newspaper's auto section has a blurb about the 2004 Maxima and says that it 'looks very similiar to the Altima but the difference is that it's larger and more powerful'...that looks NOTHING like the Altima. The auto editor is an f'ing moron

 

Uhhhhh...wtf are the people at Nissan smoking? That has to be the ugliest freaking thing I have ever seen.

I hope to god that they change the front grill, and I thought the 03 Accord front-ends were ugly.

 

Too late now, it's production. I can't decide what's the lesser of three evils...the lower grille design, the upper grille desgn, or that damn metallic center bar in the upper grille. They all fugly :eh:

 

Yes it does look ugly:crying: I'm very disappointed. I wonder if it will sell well at all.

Maxima fans must be pissed. At least they can celebrate the 350Z.

 

I've read on FA that they are pissed
