Toyota updates Echo in an attempt to make it less ugly.
hey i dont like it, but not bad for a $11k. A person who makes relatively no money can have a new car, have reliable transportation, and a *decent* ride. Did they do anything to the interior, because thats where it needs help.
$11k isn't bad if you want a barest of the bare bones model. I mean, that's for a 5spd, no air condition, AM/FM radio, no power steering, no power window/locks, no clock, no tach, no rear window defogger, etc.... Even worse is when you just want power window and locks, Toyota forces you to buy a whole slew of other options in option package 1&2. Pricing an automatic Echo sedan with power window/locks and the required option packages that goes with it (nothing fancy), price was at just under $15k! For less than $500 more, you can get a better looking (and probably better built) and larger near equivilent optioned Corolla, and you don't have to deal with that :ghey: center instrument panel.
