Holden SSX Design concept

:eek: GM can make a good design. It's just too bad they're all under their foriegn brands. This is based on the Epsilon platform, which is probably why the shape looks similar to the new Saab 9-3.

Epsilon = fwd, right? Holden can make some sweet RWD V8 cars for a good price thought.

Notice the wheelgap, or the lack. I wonder if thatll make it to production, hahaha.

2 pedals + 5900 RPM redline = Crap

But, I do like the interior and exterior styling. Very bold. Of course none of this will ever be seen in America.

That has always been the problem w/ GM. They debute such nice concepts but then produce the crappiest cars.

wow, that's nice, except for the ugly steering wheel and altezzas :D

The car looks nice, and personally 5900RPM isn't that bad....GM's V8's tend not to like to rev (if that's indeed what it has). The entire automatic thing is kind of a goof though, but we won't have to worry about it, it won't be sold here.

The Altezzas don't look bad in this application; I don't mind them, as long as they don't have the shiny aluminum background every Civic and Integra sports. And the color is ew.

I like high revvers. Anything below 6800 RPM is not good for me. I love the excitement of having the engine wind up and feel like you're driving the car, the car's not driving you with massive torque. Yes, this is a recent thing.

Yeah, high output V8. so im guessing the GEN III V8. And it's AWD. I like this thing.

I don't think they're mimicing Altezzas. It looks more like the Opel Speedster taillights.

I think the term altezza is being used far to often.

The SSX and Speedster just have taillights with clear lenses and bacl housing, nothing to horrible with that.
