Well, the CVT is now being put into the Maxima, but I'm thinkin for the SE-R they pretty much have to offer a manual given the target market.
I'm sure the six-speed manual will be the "standard" transmission, but since the power output of the SE-R engin is probably well within the range of the CVT used on the Altima, I wouldn't be surprised if Nissan offers the CVT on the Sentra SE-R sedan as an extra-cost option.
many people hate the new civic, but i wonder if looking at this thing would change their minds? :chuckles:
it has a maxima front end and ion body and nothing looks like it belongs. this kind of profile only works on a bigger car like an altima. it looks like its ass got chopped off.
