Am I the only one who dislikes how they separate basic gauges like that? I mean, the speedometer could easily fit on the gauge, it didnt need to takeup all that room on top. I dont need a 10" tach...

i personally think they should have put a long digital RPM gauge on top and a speedo down low.. but all in all i think once youa re behind the wheel they should look nice and be easy to read

its not that there isn't room for the speedo and tach to be next to each other, it's just how they designed it.

I think they did a really nice job. The Civic needs some life injected into it, and I think this is exactly what it needed.

Actually, I've heard the 1.8-liter SOHC i-VTEC engine will use the designation R18 and the 2.0-liter DOHC i-VTEC will use the designation K20Z3, since the Civic Si coupé's engine is actually a derivative of the Acura RSX Type-S engine.
