Since the TVR is made in left hand drive.

The Cerbera Speed 6 would be the perfect ugly car to add next to the M Coupe

There's been rumors for several years that TVR will make an appearance. The [small] company is just making sure they're good to go, as far as products and fiscal revenue are concerned.

TVR said they are interested in coming to the US and will come when the time is right for them. So that means, by my guess, around 2006.

I wish its sooner that later, they might be only company that can claim they make a better Inline-6 than BMW.

Can't Toyota and Nissan claim that already? The Supra and the Skyline both have I6 which can handle well above 500HP.

not talking about how much HP can be gained from the engine.

both of those engines use a turbo. BMW gets 333hp from a n/a engine and revs to 7900rpm.

but again we're not just talking about HP.

Not really. Not only do they not make them anymore, but when they did it was in those signel models, not most of their lineup as in TVR and BMW's case. Also, those engine came less hp stock (even with two turbos each) then the M3 or a few of TVR's engine. And thats the other thing, TVR and BMW are N/A.

uhm... they still make them, just not available in America, that's all. I agree that only the sport car has those engine but what differences does it make if only one car or all car has them? Not all BMW are I6 anyways. Those engine came less HP stock because of the Japanese gentlemen agreement to keep HP @ 280HP or lower. Many people have reached 300+ WHP with not much more than turning up the boost. Besides, the Supra TT was rated @ 320 HP since 1992 (i think), imagine if they continue to sell those, it would be hard to turn up the boost a little more and get much more power. About the NA vs Turbo thing, what differences does it make if you go NA or Turbo or even S/C? Power is power. Everything is fair game... Just because one company chooses NA to power their car and other chooses Turbo to do so doesn't make one better than the other.

I have much more respect for a company that gets comparable HP and TQ numbers from a car that is N/A as opposed to one of similar engine size & type using FI.
