Car and Driver 's 5Best Trucks
[QUOTE=ricqik]
It would appear your grasp on sarcasm is about as firm as it is on the use of a keyboard.
Ya know you could have avoided looking like the total asshole you turned out to be (hey maybe it's indicative of how you are in real life) by embracing this simple concept:
Everyone has on opinion. You have yours, other people have theirs. What they happen to drive at any particular moment or which messageboard they post on does not make their opinion any more or less valid.
So instead of posting like you're the all knowing master of not only truckdom but also demographics, all you had to do was say "this is my opinion."

Hey, I was just voicing my point that what they rate best vehicle doesn't make it the best for everybody by me bringing up some points about why I don't see it as the best vehicle. You guys go and make it sound like I'm king of trucks and what I say should be it and what anyone else means squat. I don't speak for all truck owners, but I will raise points as why I think it isn't. That's exactly what I did. Go back and read all my posts on this thread and you won't find a single sentence about me saying that any one of the trucks are the best one out there. Sure I may have came over alittle harsh about my views, doesn't everybody, according to some of the post on here.
Yeah, I knew your line I quoted was sarcasm, so was my reply.
Look like and asshole??? You failed to understand my point by saying such about me.

[QUOTE=kazi]Then why did you even bring up the subject about buying habits?
Take fleet sales out of the equation and the Ford truck still outsell the Nissan and Toyota trucks multiple times over.QUOTE]
Did I miss something, I don't recall bring up the subject about sales output or buying habits. I was replying to you post about the f150 being best selling.

You can have a harsh opinion and nobody will think the worse of you as long as you make sure you're making it look like an opinion.
For example:
"That car looks like shit" is an absolute statement.
"I think that car looks like shit" is stating your opinion.
Oh now I gotta include " I think and IMO " to be my opinion. Everybody should already know when one speaks out it's from them so it's obviously their opinion unless they so heartly included in that it's true. That's why I keep saying what they(mags) consider best was " subjectively opinion " which doesn't hold grounds as best for others. My second post on this subject clearly stated those things that makes the best truck was opinions and then I get hit with " "Blahbitty blah blah blah, Toyota rules, blah blah blahbitty blah." I hereby challenge thee to make one post at some point in the future completely unrelated to praising Toyota products or bashing their supposed competition." and " I just love how someone with a tundra is telling us what makes a good truck. " this. I didn't cast the first stone towards any individual here.

My bad. It still doesn't relate to why you bring up best selling.\
I can see where you're getting the impression of buying habits, but that's your OPINION of how you interpret that. The point to that was it isn't the best.
You don't by chance own a titan, do you? Because someone that has one uses your same sig pic.
