Honda's SUT turned out much better than I thought it would. Its got great exterior styling and looks pretty functional. But is there honestly a market for these type of vehicles? I remember the Lincoln Blackwood and Cadiallac Escalade EXT. From what I recall, both were shelved within 2 years of production. Subaru's Baja is a similar idea (albeit the Baja is much smaller and not as functional), but thats been selling like crap as well.

The Lincoln looks okay, nothing too spectular. I don't know why they like to go retro with these designs and end up making look less than exciting as the classics.

I would take any old/classic car more so than a new car. I hate new cars these days.

As for the Honda SUT that is just ugly!!!:barf:

That Lincoln is really nice for a blvd cruiser that it would be if it went into production. Prolly off the DEW98 platform. I say they build it and try to give the SC430 a run for its money.

Man, the DEW98 platform is really nothing special. It wasn't so great when the Lincoln LS and Jaguar S-Type came out and they shouldn't be badge engineering more cars off the same old architecture. Seems like it at least needs a reimagining even to keep up with GM's Sigma cars.

Lincoln is falling way behind Cadillac. No new models in 2 years (except for the POS Aviator)? Pretty disappointing.

Where is Lexus??? According to Lexus' website under press releases, the next generation GS is supposed to have a "world-wide debut" in Detroit. I don't see it...

Honda's SUT is pretty ugly, but I imagine it won't be any weirder than the Element come production.

The profile is very Avalanche.
