I have given up on BMW for the time being. I cannot embrace the changes that have been made under Bangle's position as chief of design.
IMO, the outgoing 750iL was the last truly elegant BMW, with the possible exception of the E46 M3.
You have no idea how saddened I am to see this happen.

I hate to say it but I am now fully able to accep the styling of the Z4. One of the profs here has one and parks in a lot near a building I go to on a regular basis and the more I walk by the thing the more I like it--and it's even in this crappy old people blue color.
good thing i can read french or at least a little haha
i like the e46 m3 more :rick: but if the new m3 came in 4-door, id love to own one if i have the money in 06'
"M3/M4 info:
Will be launched in 2006, in two formats: a sedan (M3) and a coupé (M4), both using the same mechanical components. The next gen 3er will continue BMW light-weight strategy, so expect the cars to be lighter. Also, seeing as the competition is switching to V8s in that segment (new S4 and soon to be released C55), BMW will do the same. The V8 is expected to produce 400 hp, coupled with a next-gen SMG tranny."
