yeah, my bike had it's 600 mile service before it was a month old. the salesman saw me come in & thought i was gonna say that i wanted to trade it in on a smaller cc bike

That's actually not a bad deal. But if you do get it, just remember that these newer 600cc sportbikes are almost a different animal when you compare it to the ones a few years before that one. And another thing if you get it, get rid of those gay angel eyes. And are you sure he didn't mean 'rear fendor eliminator'? lol
