Honda's motorcycles have lost most of their appeal in the last 4 years. They use to be "easy to ride" but now they have been trying to compete with the R6 and the GSX-R's and have lost that. Plus they still aren't faster than the Suzuki's.
yamaha has the lead on 600cc bikes performance for sure..
as far as the 1000cc, suzukis got the best power curve but they all are insanely faster than most humans can control at the limits..

i think the problem is you are riding the wrong bikes. the f4 has remained pretty much the same machine at heart as the previous f2 and f3.
speed numbers on motorcycles is negligible. the problem is the fact that if you weigh 200 pounds, in a car it doesnt make a difference, on a 600lbs machine, being 40 pounds heavier than average makes a big difference
