I just laid down my GSXR 1000 and my bitch said that If I don't sell it she was going to break up with me.(SEE YA) Anyways does anybody know where to get a carbon fiber muffler and a non-leather seat. That's pretty much all I messed up. I wish I would have seen my girl's mom coming around the corner Then she would'nt have to pay for all this stuff (lol)

I was just curious if you knew but, you do know that 190(I assume mph) is gsx1300r(aka: hayabusa) territory, right? The top speed is around 196+ for the pre-2000 models and after that, it was limited to 189mph. And the gixxer 1000 since 2000(I think), the speedo is limited to 186mph. And if you did go up to 190mph, take away about 5-10% and that'll be your true mph. Did you add a tre to eliminate the limit? If you did, that's freakin' insane dude. I would NEVER go that fast on public roads. I've done it at the track though.

Yeah. That must be b4 the correction unless you have a Yellowbox on your bike to correct speedo error. A buddy of mine said he top out at 176mph on his 01 GSX-R 600 , but in reality it tops out at 159 mph.

First of all, leave the chick man. I put my '02 F4i down after a 2nd gear wheelie at about 50 and my girl still cheers me on!
Secondly, congrats on the speed if you made it that far.....I took mine to 164mph (per speedo) and couldn't get her to go any faster, although my tach still had some room and my power commander wasn't running all the way rich and I only have the RS-3.
As far as parts. check out kneedraggers.com, they have a huge inventory and the people there know what they are doing.
