Does the CR-V EX have colored bumpers? All the CR-Vs I've seen has that nasty black plastic bumpers. IMO, color matching bumpers should've been standard thru all the trims. It makes it look MUCH better. I found a Canadian review on the CR-V and it says the EX has colored bumpers, but I'm not sure if the US gets the same treatment in the EX trim.

I agree. it looks a lot better with body colored bumpers. UK and other markets overseas too get CRV with body colored bumpers.

 

Currently, as far as I know, USDM CR-V does not yet have body colored bumbers. As you might know the 1st gen CR-V didn't either, until the Special Edition. I do agree that it does look better.

 

I have seen pics of the European models with colored bumpers...not sure about JDM but I would assume they do too. You may be able to order them for an additional fee.

 

North American CR-V's have the plastic panelled bumpers. It's unfortunate, for I think they look better with them off.

 

Not all of North America. Us Canadians have body coloured bumpers on the EX-L model. In addition the L model has heated leather seats, body coloured hard spare tire cover, heated mirrors and a few other goodies.

 

I was in Taiwan and their CRVs has the bumpers colored.

 

It doesn't make sense to me, is Honda cutting costs to NOT paint bumpers?

 

I hate the us crv bumpers... the plastic looks :ghey:

 

Canada always gets the good stuff..... they get heated mirrors, seats, the Acura EL..... man, we always get the short end of the stick. Thats it, I'm moving to Toronto!
