To program a 1999-2003 Honda Odyssey remote you must turn the key in the ignition to the last spot before it starts. Press the lock button. Repeat this 3 times (for a total of 4 times). then when the locks go off keep pressing the lock button on the remote. When the locks stop, you are done.
