I called up my local dealership this morning and asked them about this, according to their knowledge, the shocks and springs are swapable, as for the sway bars and all the chassis parts, they can be swapped too with minor modification ( bigger endlinks to hold thicker sway bars from a MDX), because of the same front Mcpherson and rear multilink chassis design, hope this helps.
