Default wheel stud replacement

Hi I am new to the forum.

I broke a wheel stud on our 2000 Odyssey. Honda in their infinite wisdom did not allow clearance behind the hub to remove a stud. Do I have to remove the whole knuckle and take it to a shop to have the hub pressed out or can I remove it myself using a socket?

Thanks

Chris

Default fixed it

Incase anyone is interested I was able to grind off about 1/16" of the knuckle assembly right behind the caliper. I also removed the thin piece of dust shield at that location. This gave me just enough room to get a flat spotted stud by. I know it's not the perfect way to do it, but we only drive the van a few thousand miles a year.
