I have a 2003 Honda Pilot that makes a hissing noise at high speeds. It seems to be coming from the passenger side of the engine bay. I have replaced the serpentine belt and pulley but, still persists. What's interesting is that the noise is more profuse when the engine is hot or, on long trips. Any suggestions?

 

It might be the alternator pulley. The 99-03 TL did the same thing
