Default Tranny is slipping at 105k.

Wife just called and said the tranny is slipping on the 01' MDX.

Isn't there a recall on that tranny?

No, its already at 105K. Its worn out and will have to be replaced. You are better off than my 1996 Avalon with a dead battery and a flat tire.

take it to the dealer to find out...but it's at 100k miles so it could need a simple adjustment or an expensive new torque converter...you could also write Honda corporate about helping with the bill (they respond back and treat you well)
