After two months with a new gas cap, I am getting the code again for no pressure in the tank. What could this be???

you can have a shop smoke the evap system for any leaks i have seen the cvs(canister vent shut valve)go bad or the bypass valve go bad.you can check for damage to the evap canister or lines(the canister is a plastic box about the size as a mail box under the van on the drivers side).all it takes to set that code is a pin hole.

Okay. I wonder why the new cap two months ago resolved the problem for 2 months. Unless, this is a new hole somewhere.

Smoke? Is this a routine procedure for any shop?? If it pinpoints the exact location, then that is great.

some shops have a smoke machine call around.clear you code first and see if it comes back maybe you cap was just loose
