Default 96 Passport Battery Wont Charge

I am having trouble getting the battery to charge. I've replaced: battery, alt, alt ground, and battery connections. Any suggestions on what I should do next. I'm hoping it not the ecm!!!

Did you check for Parasitic Draw?

If you have a test light its easy to do. With all the doors closed, key out of the ignition, and doors locked. Take the test light and clip the aligator clip to the positive terminal. Take the pointed prob and put it on the actuall post of the positive. now slowly lift the positive terminal up being carefull not to hit the probe with it. The positive terminal should be disconnected from the battery and the probe should now be through the center of the terminal completing the curcuit. If the test light is lit you have a draw. The only way to find it is to start removing fuses one by one until it goes away and that will point you in the direction of what curcuit to look for.
