2005 CR-V.....on far left side of front of car it's pushed in from a tangle with a small post in a parking lot.....sounds hollow behind the dented area....can this thing just be pulled out, or somehow pushed out once the cover is opened from inside the wheel well?

 

if it not to bad u might be able to use a heat gun and gently heat of the bumper and push it from the back, dont leave the heat in one area to long or u will burn thru it. It might or might not work.
