Default Timing Bell

May I have a simple question?

Is there any timing bell for Honda-Acura vehicle lately? I saw that it look like there is no base on the picture of the engine. They use chain! Is that true?

Thankz.

In the pics I saw somewhere, I saw that the chain is used to operate a rod to drive the valses is stead of the rubber belt I used to change every 70K miles in my 88 honda accord.
