'06 Element code went away on it's own. Replaced sensor anyway, code came back.

'06 Element code went away on it's own. Replaced sensor anyway, code came back.
'06 Element with 125k. Got the code checked but not cleared, then ordered Honda Oxygen Sensor (36532-PZD-A01) from Amazon.
By the time the part arrived, the code was gone, but I switched out the sensor anyway. Upon starting the car up after the replacement, the code was back.
What do now?
UPDATE: Code won't go away, now I have two. P0141 and P1157. Engine idles at a mere 500rpm. Any help appreciated!
