Default Good Price for '04 MDX?

What is a good guide for price over Invoice for a 2004 MDX.

The touring package + NAV gives an invoice price of 37,657, with a MSRP of 41,745. I was quotes $39.9k for the vehicle. This is about 2200 over Invoice.

Is this a fair deal, what have some others been getting?

Thanks,

-jr

We just got my wife an AWP / Nav with brushed chrome side steps, wood steering wheel, wood guage cluster. About $40,630 out the door. Dealer quoted 2330 off MSRP. Got a good deal on the extras. No security deposit, $5 tag transfer (I'm turning in a 2001 Accord EX-V6 on an American Honda lease).
