Yes the rain ruined the meet. I apologize to those of you that came or those of you that attempted to come, but as we know, we can't control the weather. 11 cars showed up. 2 RSX's, 6 WRX's, SRT-4, Golf, and Civic. It wasn't rainy at Delaware at 11, but it began to rain off and on the rest of the day.
