hey'i hope one of you guys can help me out i just got an 88 legend when i got it it wasn't running the guy told me it needed a battery and a main reley when i got it home i thew in a battery and turned the key i didn't hear the fuel pump no big deal (main relay) but the car doesn't even crank over the starter looks like a nightmare to jump but i saw in the dash a security light it's not on but i don't know what the deal is with it i only got one key with the car so i'm hoping it's nothing i'm hoping the motor isn't seized of course it might just be the starter but i figered i'd ask about the security thing first what do you think

 

go to www.acura-legend.com and ask there. There's a lot more traffic.
Does the interior light go on in your car when you open your door? If the door sensor is bad, the alarm won't set and the security light won't turn on.
I could be wrong, but I don't think the engine will turn over if the main relay is bad.
