Default Rough Idle, lost power legend 94

Anyone know what causes the legend rough idle? How to check? When in gear, sometimes the engine lost its power, rough idle.
How to fix the problems?

There can be many possible problems, including air in the system.. bleed then bleed and then bleed again. After that it gets problematic, it could be a vacuum leak, bad coil pack, bad igniter, bad plug(s), IACV......

I did a search and did some clean up the IACV, it improves idling. I found a lot of stuff blocking the filter. Still not fully cure the problem, I have next plan to clean the EGR valve, and chang the spark plugs. Any recommedation?

I wonder what is the RPM when it's idling? anyone know? my is about 750 rpm.
