1989 Acura Legend failed Ca state emission test with 2x the allowable emissions at 25 MPH. Passed same test at 15 MPH with much lower emissions, well under the limit for that speed. Also, the Check Engine Light sometimes comes on at 60-70 MPH. When I try to read the LED on the ECU, the red light blinks constantly ( is this Code 1 over and over? ). I have had 5 different diagnosis from 5 different mechanics.....can someone give me a straight answer? Thanks
