Default 92 Legend: HELP! car is bad off. dont know what to do

So this is my first post so bare w/ me. I have a 92 Ledgen. What happend was that my car flooded in a bad storm, not into the engine but enought to put about 1 to 1_1/2" in the floor boards. I dried it out about a half hour after it stopped raining w/ a turbo vac, and let air dry for 3 days after. When I took the car to clean it out it started right away no problem. So next morning go out and the battery was drained. Replaced battery. Drove home, but along the way the car stalled several times. The next day it started but with heavy smoke. I thought I could burn it off but it didn't happen. The smoke was thick white that lingerd for a long time behind me, It did smell like gas too. Which leads me to the next issue. I put 8gal. in with engine cleaner additive and dry gas as well. Jumped on the freeway to try to burn it off. I ended up burning 8GALS. IN 5 MINS. So my question is whats the problem? Is it the ECU? or could it be the fuel regulator? or something and/or somethings else? HELP PLEASE!!!

I see you haven't received a response from this forum. If you post this on acura-legend.com someone might be able to help you.
