Hi Every,

I have a 95 acura legend L , and the telescope steering wheel used to work correctly and now it is not pulling up or down when I put the key into the ignition.

Now the seats and steering wheel setting still works. I set seat 1 to have certain position for both the seats and steering wheel and it works ok when I press that seat 1 setting. However, when I am done driving, I would take the key out of the ignition and the steering wheel would suppose to go up and back to its normal position, but it is not. I have to manually press it.

The manual say to switch it to auto and it has always been in auto. I have replaced the four way switch with auto/manual but the problem is still the same.

My friend also have the same problem, where his steering wheels moves up or down when the key is in the ignition, however it is not moving in or out. He can't even move it in or out manually.

I have tried toggle the auto/manual switch but still no luck.

Any idea?
