Confused

Hello everyone,

I seem to be having a bit of a problem with my Acura and I need some help. During the night, when everyone was sound asleep, some asshole who was probably drunk hit the front left side panel of my 1995 Acura Legend, the asshole which was in a white car (the paint shows it pretty clearly) sped off without giving his/her insurance card or even his/her number or even a freakin' sorry note like a regular, normal, sane person would have done. So now, I'm left with a busted left side panel and I have another problem:

MY IGNITION SWITCH WONT TURN. It seems to be locked into the OFF position. Does anyone know how to unlock it or am I screwed? I've searched all over the net and there was no solution.

This might seem silly, but did you try turning the steering wheel back and forth a little?

Sometimes if a car gets bumped, you can release the ignition lock by wiggling the wheel, or rocking the car back and forth a bit.
