For a 96 Teg, Wing West makes a good looking lip kit. The OEM option sideskirts and a comptech or jdm SiR-G front lip is also very sexy. As long as its clean and somewhat functional, you're good to go. Most people here will say "stay away from stuff like body kits, and spend the money on something more important, like suspension."

approx. $300-600 on an unpainted body kit, then another aprox. $300-450 to paint/install, and before you know it, you've spent a whole lot of money on something that you may not like in a couple years. so since you're dedicating a fat sum of cash to something that may not please you in the future, make sure your choice is a good one.

If you can piece together the parts:

'97 ITR lip (Comptech sells this still)
'98-'01 Acura OEM kit side skirts
'98-'01 rear bumper + OEM kit rear lip
