after a year of sleeping in my garage ive begun my project!! its a 1990 integra ls with a b16a swap!! this car was previously an autmajic and i paid 2k for the swap 
but back then i new jack shiet about the bseries motor. any ways i drove the car pretty hard for about a year until the tags expired and no one wanted to smog it so it was put into my garage for lack of tags!! it has been sitting on there for about a year without a radiator, distributor, intake, and fuel lines, parts i sold to friends in need!! after drivine my 01 neon for about 8 months i got the urge for some speed (i know its not the fastest car on the world but its faster than my neon
h: ) now i just put in a brand new radiator and am looking for a distributor and fuel lines!! i bought a short ram intake (tenzo racing) thats waiting to be installed!! my question is what should i look for when starting the car back up!! should i do an oil change (a week before it was storaged i had done a full tune up dist. cap and rotor, plugs, oil, oil filter, and fuel treatment, and tranny fluid) or is it fine how it is?? i noticed something where the thermostat is kinda like rust but its gouiy i scraped it off im pretty sure nothing crawled in there
any one i that could point me in the direction of where to look for the parts i need and any lookouts i should checkout before starting the engine, maybe some maintenance that it needs??

should i add fuel treatment again?? and the battery has been sitting in my garage since the storage as well!! i was told to take it off if it was gonna sit there for a long period of time!!
