I hate the look without a spoiler, thats just me. I hate massive aluminum wings too. Stock GS-R spoiler=nice. Type R=stretching my limits

Good points raised by both...the form of the third gen Integra is more complex than it initially appears, I personally love the way the hatch lid scallops flow into the line of the C- Pillar....but at the same time, it also makes finding a really good wing design very difficult. Especially when there are so many awful ones out there. :eh:

h: To each his own, I guess....maybe....well...

if it were me i'd put a stock gs-r spoiler on it, but if you like aftermarket stuff i've seen some aftermarket lip spoilers that don't look so bad...

that one's decent i guess...not that i would get it..but...ugh...ew forget it, just get a nice stock gs-r spoiler, lol.

agree about lowered integs without wings...they look so damn nice!!! id take it off personally and sell it and buy something else for your car but honestly its all up to you and what you like and decide! i think spoilers are cool on some cars and not cool on others...but thats just IMO

Wouldn't reducing uplift be the same thing as creating downforce? Only the downforce would not be equal to or greater than the uplift?

Anyway, I have a stock black integra with no wing and it looks nice. If you look at the back of your 3rd gen integra you'll notice some subtile curves that look really cool on the top of the back. With a wing, the curves are virtually lost, with all attention drawn to the wing.

Yes. They lack both style, and any practical functionality. I fail to see how slapping 3 tons of brushed aluminum aft of your wheels assists a front-wheel drive car. And you know 90% of the goons who do that to their cars haven't the sense to couple it with a front splitter. When the Porsche 951 came out it was arguably the finest handling car of it's time, and hands-down the best 4-banger on the market. And no gigantic wing.

To me, a giant wing means "small penis" but that's just an objective look.

I couldn't tell you because I've got no experience with them. It really all depends on the type of track that you run. High-speed tracks with high and mid-speed turns would be deserving of a front splitter, but if the majority of your autocrossing is done on relatively lower speed tracks, the extra weight just isn't worth it.
