What is all this **** on ebay about electronic turbos going for like 200-300 dollars. How do they work... I guess my first question is, do they work? Do they do anything? It seams like a scam, but if it works, what are the downsides?

Its an electric fan that forces a little more air into the intake when you're at WOT. Don't buy into it.
