bad car trouble HELP!!!

i have an automatic 92 integra, when i sit at a light in drive my car shakes really bad, and its pretty loud, but it doesnt do it if i sit the in reverse and its not as bad when i sit in neutral, what the hell is it?

Sounds like engine mounts going bad.
