Default speed governor on GSR?

i have a 99 GSR, i was wondering if they come with speed governor?

The USDM releases of GS-Rs have no speed govenors...

the speed governor is 169 mph, and that is controlled by the gearing and redline.

I had someone once tell me that it was 120mph... I've personally hit 135 indicated (so 128-130ish really). And yes, I know that was VERY dumb, so no need to say it.

JDM ECUs have speed govenors set around 120MPH...

I did 135 once too... every teg owner will probably try a top speed like that once... and get damn skurred doing so

i dont understand why get scared? on the highway it just seems smooth i mean 3-5 am pretty open, i went 120 and it didnt phase me any i would have gone faster but fear of cops... i mean a guy in a new luxary acura i dont know the names 3.5? no idea the other model names in acura but he was going 120 with me lol

There's a helluva difference between 120 and 135. 135 you're into 5th gear, car isn't pulling very hard, stuff moves slower and faster at the same time (you guys know what I mean)... world of difference.

fear of cops? Think about it...if you are caught going 120....140...there is no difference. If anything going faster would be better, maybe you could get away...
