Default 94 integra problem... wheel bearing?

94 integra problem... wheel bearing?

:hammer: :hammer:
I just got new Volks for my integra and went to put them on last Friday.

Anywaaay.. I broke a lug installing them and I didn't feel up for fixing it myself so I took to carx.
They fixed it and got a shit load of air into my brake system while doing so.
No big deal.. I can fix that myself, I've been looking for an excuse to order speedbleeders for my integra for a while anyway.

They also took the hub off but they said the wheel bearing is ok, and could be reused.
Drove the car home w/o issue (10 minute drive).
So I have decided the car is 'unsafe' to drive as the brakes SUCK right now and I've been driving my prelude to work instead of my integra this week.
speedbleeders should come tomorrow and I'll install them tommorrown night and bleed my brakes all better right?

Wrong
I took the integra out tonight after 1 am to run it abit.
After about 10 minutes of driving I get a dull grinding noise, and additional vibrations when the car is in motion.
It seemed to get better on the ride home but its still bothering me.

Any ideas on what this could be? Just the wheel bearing bad or did carx **** up something besides my brakes?
Anything to check for while I'm doing the brakes tomorrow?

Thanks

This is the way I always check to see if a wheel bearing is bad. When you jack your car up grap the rim and shake it side to side if it has any play in it then you have a bad bearing if its tight and doesn`t have any play then its ok. I think that your brakes are just dragging the rotor once you bleed the brakes and pump them a couple of times the problem should go away.

Oh yeah one more thing I see you have a big dent in your fender and it doesn`t look like its creased. My old integra had a dent in the same place when I bought it. I`ll tell you how to fix it and you wont hardly be able to tell it was even there. Take you fist and beat around the outside edge of the dent with a little force and keep beating around it in a circular motion and it will pop right out.

lol... thx for the advice.
The fender dent appeared when I parked the teg near the dumpster one night at an old apartment.
The neighbors walked on the car rather than asking me to move it.
Its my beater so I dont sweat every little dent and ding on her.

You just offended me and many others with that statement. But yea, those brakes look terrible.

Nice wheels!
