Default help me with my audio please

earlier today i noticed the power cable was loose to my amp. i picked it up and it slightly tapped the cover of my amp and made a little spark. after putting it back together, my component speakers, amp, and subs are not on. theres no power going to them at all. any ideas of what happened? i dont understand because the power to the amp caused the components to stop working, but the components are hooked up to the headunit. the headunit works fine. someone help please

you should probably figure out if the amp is turning on. if it's not then check the remote wire.

Check all your fuses!!! Check the one for the wire connected to the battery, check all the fuses in all of your amps (if they aren't cheap they should have some ) and check all your connections to your headunit. Also check all of your car's fuses.

happens all the time. most likely it will be the 7.5 amp fuse located in the fuse box underneath the hood. if not .... check your amp fuse and backup relay.
